Apartment VICTORY is located at the peaceful settlement of Mimice with the stunning sea view in front and beautiful mountain nature behind the detached villa where apartment is. The size of apartment is 120m² and it consists of: *Three (3) bedrooms equipped each with AC unit and new furniture. *Two (2) bathrooms with the toilet and washing machine. *Large dining area (for 8 guests) with brand new kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils. *Large living room with big sofa and two armchairs. *Large balcony (20 m²) with stunning sea view having dining table for 8 guests. There is an ORBITREC for the exercise enthusiasts as well. The apartment is equipped with satellite 55” large smart LED TV and audio system, with air condition units in each bedroom and in the living room. There is a free Wi-Fi speed internet. Clean bed sheets and towels will be ready upon guest’s arrival. The refrigerator will be filled with free refreshments and fruits as well. Shared Swimming pool is in front of the villa. There is a reserved parking place behind the house

Ideal space and location for travelers seeking to escape the crowded and noisy touristy parts. The local beaches are just 5 minutes walking distance including restaurants, beach bars and local market. The apartment is luxury equipped with brand new furniture and all necessary equipment. Mimice is a small Mediterranean place with mild climate situated in the centre of Adriatic. It lays between the Omiška Dinara Mountain and beautiful pebble beaches. Mimice is more than three centuries old, the proof of which are the monuments found near the local church. Mimice is an ideal destination for those who wants to escape from the noise and experience peaceful nature, domestic foof and vine and enjoy swiming in crystal clear sea. The closest touristic town is Makarska (10 km), which offers a variety of facilities for active recreation. Omis city is only 10 km away. The city of Split and the world famous Diocletian's Palace is 35 km away. Diocletian's Palace and Fortress of Klis are also known as a places where GAME OF THRONES were filming.
