Property information

Fully enjoy and relax at this peaceful place to stay. The apartment is the part of the house located in the best part of island Čiovo, with the magnificent view of the sea and distant islands. The place where you can enjoy by swimming in the sea or in the heated pool located in the backyard, right beside the open kitchen with grill. Beautiful and fully or partly renovated apartment in a peaceful area of island Čiovo where you have everything what you need for a nice and pleasant vacation. The terrace is oriented directly to the sea and distant islands, so you can enjoy your "a million dollar" view! The apartment is fully equipped. It has free WIFI, TV, satellite TV, Air conditioning (in the living room), Stove, Oven, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Fridge, Dishwasher (Apartment Care 1 and Apartment Care 3) and Hair Dryer. Washing machine is located in separate room outside of the apartment and we charge it 5 EUR per cycle. Outside of the apartment there is free parking place in the garage for our guests, open kitchen with grill, plus there is a heated pool (26*C). All of it is free to use for our guests. Outdoor shower is right next to the pool. The swimming pool is open from 1st of June to 29th of September (9:00am - 9:00pm). The beach and the sea is 30 meters from the apartment. The small market is 500 meters from the apartment. Public transit is near by, 500 meters from the apartment where you have a buses to the center of Trogir. It is not necessary to have a car if you are staying at our place, but of course it helps! Families and kids are welcome, and if you need a baby crib or high chair - make sure to let us know! The smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is on the terrace of the apartment or open kitchen located next to the pool. The owner will be in contact with the guests on a day of arrival and departure for sure, and if the guests would need something they always can contact the owner for anything what they need.
