When we were decorating our apartment we were thinking about the space in which we would like to spend our vacation. We wanted it to be practical, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a break from everyday work. Coffee is a must have, as is wifi. Nervousness catches us from the apartment without toilet paper, soap, salt, pepper or oil.

We are Hana, Lorena and Kristijan, a young family who enjoys their terrace and garden where you can find Mediterranean herbs, citrus fruits, various flowers, palm trees, occasional raspberries and blackberries, but also tomatoes and olives. We like to wander around and explore new cities and cultures too, but also to relax with a glass of wine or beer with dear friends on the terrace. We will be happy to share with you tips on where you can eat something delicious in the area, as well as where to go in search of good fun, adventure or relaxation.

Opatija has a great location - 100 km away from the Pula Arena, 140 km from the Plitvice Lakes National Park, 230 km from Venice or 176 km from the Croatian capital Zagreb. The European Capital of Culture 2020 Rijeka, as well as the Kvarner islands of Krk and Rab are within easy reach. Our Apartment is situated in walking distance from the local market and supermarkets, but also just few minutes from the Lungomare and beautiful beaches. Our guests always say that they like our location because they are in the city centre, but they don't feel like it because of the peaceful garden that surrounds them.
