This house with a beautiful garden, surrounded by greenery, a garden and a barbecue and a place for children to play, offers two simple but very nicely decorated apartments. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet location, approx. 600-700m from the sea, and 300m from the town center. Punat is located on the eastern coast of Puntarska draga, only 8 km away from the town of Krk and is one of the famous tourist destinations and one of the largest and best equipped tourist marinas on the Adriatic coast

Neighbourhood information

On the southwestern part of the island of Krk, in one of the most protected harbors, the town of Punat is located, only 8 km from Krk. Punat is also the nautical center of the island, and it will delight you with the old town center, charming streets, century-old preserved olive groves, beautiful beaches and plenty of amenities. The promenade that stretches along the sea is 3.5 kilometers long, and in addition to swimming and sunbathing, it is also ideal for cycling or a leisure walk. In the bay of Punat there is an interesting islet of Košljun with a Franciscan monastery, which has been there since 1447. The boat ride from Punat to Košljun is short and the islet takes only 6 hectares, so the sightseeing won't take much of your time.
