Typical old town stone house dating from 19th century located by the northern city wall. This is a peaceful, calm neighborhood and yet all the major historic monuments are at reach (Rector's palace, Cathedral and other churches, main street Stradun, local market). View at old town rooftops from the small balcony is breathtaking and warm ambient in the house is enhanced with many colorful painting of known Dubrovnik artists. No need to go out of the walls to eat or shop, everything is within walking distance, and most importantly amazing island of Lokrum where you go to swimm and relax in the park of nature. Both, old town and Lokrum are becoming famous locations sets for movies and series (such as Game of Thrones) which makes these places even more mystic.

We are in tourism for more than 3 decades and we are happy to give advice or recommendation to our guests during their stay. We decided to start renting the house in 2002. This is a unique experience as you host along and get friendly with many amazing people and this is certainly a great part of our motivation to move on. This year we completely renovated the kitchen to improve our guest-s experience.

Our quarter is close by tower Minceta, which is part of the city wall. During your stay every day you can choose walking down and going up with different street each one of them being unique in their appearance. You are really, really close to the best restaurants. Ask the owner to recommend you one depending on what would you like to eat that day.
