Hi dear guests! Our house is situated 5 km west of Zadar, in the small place Kožino, and it is at the front beach. We rent only 2 apartments on the 1st floor: an apartment (48 m2) and a studio (28 m2). We provide a parking slot for your car next to the house, since you really need to have a car to go shopping, restaurants, and sightseeing. (The ground floor is our private area).
We rent only during the summer season, and the rest of the year house is mainly closed. Most of the summer, my parents (Zlatko and Višnja) take care of the apartments and guests, while I take care of online reservations and communication with guests. This is our small family business. We started in 2012, and ever since then, we have enjoyed hosting. We really hope you will like staying with us and that you will find value for the money.
Our house is 20 m from the beach (in between is greenery and walking area) . 100 m away is the beach bar and restaurant "Santorini", where you can eat and drink. Our house is surrounded by many family houses, mostly oriented toward tourism, and most of the inhabitants are tourists. If you want to have more of the nightlife, you should go to Zadar (5 km) or Nin (3 km) by car. Without car it is difficult to be here in Kožino since we have only 2 small grocery shops, of which one is 20 min walking distance. In the nearby Santorini bar you can drink, eat pizza, or have a-la carte meal.
