Apartmani T&S nalaze se na najatraktivnijem djelu za odmor. Udaljen je 200m od prekrasne obale, 2km od centra Pule i 3km od slavnog rimskog amfiteatra. U blizini objekta nalazi se borova suma,1,6km razne sljuncane i stjenovite plaze na Zlatnim stjenama(Splendid), 2,5km Akvarij Pula, te resort Histria dje su razni sportski tereni za tenis, mini golf, skvos, ronilacki klubovi,restorani i kafici s kojih gosti mogu uzivati u prekrasnom pogledu na Jadransko more i zalazak sunca. 300m od objekta nalazi se ACI Marina Veruda, 500m Poliklinika Peharec i Medicol.
