Brand new construction with modern design interior located just 10m from the sea. This modern Villa can be your home where you can enjoy you're holiday with the whole family. This delightful apartment is situated in a quit district of island Čiovo . Confortablle, peaceful and modern decorated. The nearest restaurant and caffe bar is on the beach just 30m away and supermarket is 50m away. In front of Villa available 3 moorings with boa for your boat. House has two floor, each with separated entrance . First floor is apartment with white kitchen , and second floor is with red kitchen . All beds equipped with anatomic beds and full A/C. Trogir Old Town is only 6 Km ,well connected with local bus lines , taxi ,boat lines etc. All apartments are sanificated after each guest with professional Ozone generators !!
