This is two floor apartment ( inner stairs ) with 2 sleeping rooms sea view +3 bathrooms, day room, kitchen , eating room and a lot of terraces and balcony in this private Villa with private swimming pool. Secured ( electronically opening) parking House with the garden with a lot of plant and grass The House is designed by Croatian Academic artist Dražen Filipović . Apartment is decorated with carrara marble tiles. Pool area is covered by natural grey stone tiles. Special feature is private pool that is on your own convenience and not use by anyone but you. Garden is fenced so your kids can enjoy freedom while you are enjoying combination of the sun and shadow of the palms.
Marinko is high level professional that has traveled more than 100 countries of the world and sailed over all oceans. As a person and host he is very helpful and warm. Marinko speaks several languages including English, Italian, Spanish
Neighborhood is situated on greenish hill just a few minute drive from Opatija, destination with the longest tourism tradition in Croatia.
