This beautiful gem of modern architectural design is surrounded by a forest and features a 60 m² private pool as well as a 2500 m² green garden with a barbecue and a hammock. The living area offers a wonderful high ceiling with a glass wall with French doors providing direct access to the pool and garden, as well as a 164 cm TV and accent wall with fireplace. In the villa you will also find an elegant kitchen with dining area as well as a sauna, 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All facilities are located on the same floor and offer beautiful views of the pool area and garden. In addition to the inviting private pool, which is ideal for a few quiet morning laps, you can relax in the comfortable lounge area, dine al fresco and use the outdoor barbecue. Villa Agnes is fully air-conditioned and has WiFi and 3 parking spaces.
