With more than 320 m2 of living space spread over 2 floors and with 5 bedrooms, this beautiful house can accommodate up to 10 people. Kitchen, living room with dining area, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower are located on the first floor. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower. The private swimming pool is 28 m2. The area surrounding the swimming pool extends to 1000 m2 and is equipped with 10 sun loungers and 3 parasols. The garden also includes a barbecue area with a dining table where you can enjoy some unforgettable moments with family or friends. A basketball hoop and a table tennis table complete the offer. The villa offers a small gym and a saunarium, as well as a whirlpool. There is also a lounge with a pool table, table football and TV. Villa Krase is fully air-conditioned and equipped with digital satellite TV and wireless internet. There is ample parking space at your disposal. This beautiful vacation villa is located in the small village of Rakalj, on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula.
