Apartman Neva se prostire na 95 m2 i smještena je na prvom katu kuće. Nalazi se u mirnoj i tihoj četvrti okružena prekrasnim zelenilom. Sadrži 3 spavaće sobe, južno orijentiran veliki otvoreni dnevni boravak i kuhinju, balkon i natkrivenu terasu pogodnu za druženja, te jedno kupatilo s wc-om. U vrtu je moguće koristiti komin za roštiljanje. Apartman je idealan za obiteljski odmor i za ljude željne odmora od buke grada.
Apartman Neva nalazi se u Cetinskoj krajini u neposrednoj blizini alkarskog grada Sinja (7km) u mjestu Lučane te čini pravu oazu za ljude željne odmora u mirnoj neužurbanoj sredini. U samom mjestu nalazi se bogat krajolik u kojem možete posjetiti Značajni krajobraz Sutinu kao i njene prekrasne slapove gdje zaljubljenici u ljekovito bilje također mogu pronaći nešto za sebe. Apartman je udaljen 40km od grada Splita gdje kupači mogu uživati u Jadranskom moru. Za izniman turistički doživljaj izdvajamo rijeku Cetinu koja nudi rafting i kanuing kao i zadivljujuće prizore Izvora Cetine smještenog u blizini Perućkog jezera podno planina Svilaje i Dinare. Za sve ljubitelje planinarenja, osim spomenutih planina, u blizini smještaja nalazi se i planina Kamešnica. Kraj je bogat mnogim prirodnim ljepotama i ako malo istražujete, možete pronaći predivne prizore pritoka, izvora i znamenitosti. U Sinju možete dobiti kvalitetnu uslugu hrane i pića u lokalnim restoranima, posjetiti muzej Cetinske krajine, Alkarski muzej kao i prekrasnu crkvu Gospe Sinjske.
