Dear guests, our house Bonvivan is a restored autochthonous Istrian house built 150 years ago, which differs in size, surface area and layout of rooms from new buildings according to modern standards. The house has wooden floors, a lower ceiling in the attic, wooden stairs, so noises and creaks are possible when walking on the floor due to the wooden boards. Since we are in nature and in the countryside, mosquitoes and the occasional wasp around the pool are harmless, but this is the environment and know that you have arrived in nature and that this is normal. If you are looking for a new holiday home where the bathrooms are ceramic, where the floors do not creak, where there is air conditioning in the room, then you have come to the wrong place! You want to see how life was 150 years ago and you will be very satisfied with all the necessary accessories for a pleasant stay. The host lives in this house and has decorated it according to his standards for himself and his family and we think it is the best, yet it is not a commercialized, empty, unimaginative space

A very nice rural location, once with a lot of inhabitants but today sparsely populated with a few dozen families left, connected by traffic, but cars do not pass there because it is not a main road. The house is located outside the position of new buildings and construction works, there is no heavy traffic, it is surrounded by old houses where some residents live. During the tourist season, the surrounding houses do not offer accommodation for tourists, so evenings and nights are surrounded by silence and peace. Certainly for a quality vacation. Driving to the beach is almost 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike.
