Welcome to our charming, newly renovated top-floor apartment in a family house, where you can truly enjoy breathtaking sunset views and stunning vistas of the Elafite islands. This truly unique apartment features a modern kitchen/dining room, a cozy living room, two spacious bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom and a lovely terrace with a mesmerizing sea view. Perfectly designed to accommodate up to five adults, this space blends comfort with elegance. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: dishes, a toaster, water kettle, coffee machine, blender, oven, stove, dishwasher and a large fridge with a freezer. Preparing meals here will be a delight. The sleeping area boasts two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms. One bedroom offers two comfortable single beds, while the other features a king-size double bed and an additional single bed, ensuring everyone enjoys a restful night. The modern, newly renovated bathroom features a huge walk-in shower and we provide scented cotton sheets, plush bathroom towels, beach towels and toiletries. For your convenience, a hair dryer, iron with an ironing board and a washing machine are also available. Relax on the covered terrace, the perfect spot for enjoying lazy mornings with your first coffee and breakfast, all while taking in the unobstructed sea views.
