Apartment CAISA AMBER –a luxury apartment 20m from the sea occupies 200m2 of a modern, newly built house and everything in it is competely new. The first floor consists of three bedrooms and two barhrooms both with showers and toilettes .Each room has its on airconditioning and WIFI free of charge with a TV in the master bedroom. A stone staircase takes you to the second floor where there is a kitchen, another bathroom with toilet, shower, drier and a washing machine.Next to the bathroom is a balcony with a hot tub for your use only. You can approach the living room area from the inside and from the outside crossing an open bridge.On the other end of the living room there is a nice, spacious balcony where you can sit and enjoy warm evenings with a wonderful view overlooking the little park and the seaside. There is a free parking space in front of the house and the facility is fully equipped with all necessary household appliances.The apartment is decorated with genuine paintings of Croatian artists. All the linen are satin and all the towels and bathrobes are 100% cotton. For those who still enjoy having a cigarette it is allowed to smoke on all open spaces.
