The King Residence is situated in the heart of Rab's old town, on a quiet, stepped street, close to the city beach of Banova Vila and the main square, St. Christopher. It provides all the comforts desired for a relaxing vacation in Rab. Our studio accommodations are furnished for your most comfortable stay. They offer a studio-style sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen with dining space, a TV, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and free Wi-Fi. Each apartment has a balcony or terrace with outdoor furniture and an amazing city view. From 2025 the property is under new owner-management and the guest feedback has been welcomed and actioned, including replacing the shower screen with a much more convenient opening, creating a new studio, remodeling the common areas, fixing the awning and providing portable shade on the top terrace as well as a complete rethink on the cleaning regime. IMPORTANT: There is no elevator in the building, and apartments are located on the upper floors (1-3). The property is on a stepped street, which means there are 26 steps up to the property. PARKING INFO: The free parking option that we provide for our guests is based on a car plate application upon check-in. Parking is available 500 m walk from the apartments, in Zone 3 behind the Hotel Imperial Valamar - parking Brdo. Since 01.06.2024, parking in the old town of Rab (Zones 0,1 & 2) is controlled by regulations from the Mayor's Office and is for residents only and pay per hour 24/7. When checking in and out, guests can approach by car close to the apartment location (250 m away in Zone 1) with a short stop to unload or load luggage and personal items.
