Casa Contessa is located in peaceful village Bazjaki near Livade. Only few kilometers from popular tourist destination Motovun. This part of Istria is known for its excellent gastronomy and culture. You can experience truffle hunting and taste one of the best olive oils and wines in the region. Contessa is located only 20 km from Waterpark Istralandia and Parenzana Trail. Parenzana was a railway, running in the Istria between 1902 and 1935 and connecting the ports of Trieste and Poreč with villages and towns. The trail is suitable for mountain bikes and hikers. Nearby are many other attractions to visit as the observatory in Visnjan and the Baredine Cave in Nova Vas.
