Surrounded by nature? Away from the crowds? Luxurious? Comfortably? Casa Jovanin offers all that and more! This brand new villa, located in a quiet village in central Istria, can accommodate 12 people in such a way that everyone can still enjoy their privacy while spending their vacation together in the villa! The villa has 3 levels. There is a swimming pool on the lowest level. Jump into the pool to refresh yourself or enjoy the sun on the comfortable deckchairs. Above the pool is a well-equipped, covered summer kitchen, which has a refrigerator and a dining table so that you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air. The summer kitchen also offers a charcoal grill, so you can practice your grilling skills. The middle level has an open plan and consists of a living room with satellite television, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with high-quality kitchen appliances. On this level there are also two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as an additional bathroom. The second floor, i.e. the highest floor, is reserved only for bedrooms, specifically three of them. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and two of the three bedrooms have an additional couch that can be used as a sleeping bed. Book Casa Jovanin and start planning an unforgettable vacation!

Casa Jovanin is located in Bazjaki near Livade, a small village known for its Truffle Days in autumn. In Livade you will find the nearest grocery store and the nearest restaurant. From the villa, you can enjoy the view of stunning Istrian hilltop towns such as Motovun, where the famous Motovun Film Festival takes place every year. In 18km you’ll find the city of Buzet with an interesting offer for hiking tours, which leads us to Hum - the smallest town in the world. Buzet is widely known as the 'City of Truffles' since the forests along the Mirna River are especially rich in this divine tuber. It was inhabited in prehistoric times. During your stay in central Istria, make sure to visit local "konobas" or taverns and enjoy the local gastronomy too!
