Hi! I am Barbara, host for 10 years and founder of NOMA 22 d.o.o., rental & property management agency. Property information

Whole house and space in it is only for your use, and it is completly fenced, first row to the sea! There is 100m2 space with 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living and dining room and fully equipped kitchen. First bedroom has ensuite bathroom, double bed, AC and sea view. Second bedroom has also ensuite bathroom, double bed and AC. Living room is separate room with couch (that is double bed when necessary), TV and AC and sea view. Also, in the dining room there table with seats and TV. All windows have moschito nets and darkening shades. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker (Dolce gusto), microwave and dishwasher. All utensils for preparing meals and dining are available.

Neighbourhood information

Tisno has been a well-known tourist area and summer resort for over 50 years. It is surrounded by beautiful crystal blue sea, beaches with fine sand. The bay where the house is located is protected from the wind, and overlooks the beach. In front of the house there is a private boat mooring available on request. The Kornati National Park is a few minutes by boat from the house. And the city of Šibenik is only 20 minutes away by car. Tisno is also known for its gastronomy, and restaurants are a few meters away from the house.
