Apartments Casa Mia are located not far from the city center, a 10-minute drive and you are in the center of Zadar. You have a great convenience because you are only 7 kilometers from the airport. All centers are nearby. The apartments have a spacious parking lot in front of the building, on the ground floor there is one bedroom apartment suitable for the disabled and on first floor are two one bedroom apartments and one two bedroom apartment.
All apartments are furnished with fully equipped kitchens, ovens, stoves, microwaves, dishes, refrigerators. They have dining rooms and a living room. Apartments  are air-conditioned and have internet access. They have terraces. There is a spacious parking lot in front of the building.
This policy applies to bookings lasting 28 days or more. Electricity is not included in the price and must be paid at the end of the each month based on the actual consumption. A sepatrate meter is installed for each apartment.
One Kw/h of electricity consumption is roughly one HRK. Tenants that use electricity rationally pay aprox. 50 EUR a month. Air condition is the biggest consumer of electricity. The normal temperature of the apartment is considered to be 18 to 23 degrees Celsius. 22°C is recommended during the day and 18°C is recommended throughout the night.
Once a day you need to ventilated the apartment, opening the window for at least 20 minutes (otherwise the moisture will condense on the exterior walls and molds and fungus will start to grow there). The higher temperature you set on the AC the electricity bill will be higher and molds will grow faster. Molds like it when it's warm and moist inside your apartment, so please vent it regularly and keep temperature below 24°C all the time

This apartments are  in good position because it is only 2km  from the main bus station. Leaving the apartments only 10 minutes with a car you are away from the many monuments of extremely rich cultural and historical heritage of the city of Zadar. Walking along the old UNESCO-protected city walls, you can enjoy the shade of two city gardens. The park of Queen Jelena and the park of Vladimir Nazor, which were created after the destruction of the war and which serve as a reminder when Zadar defended itself. Today they are the pride of the city where you can escape from the summer heat and enjoy the many Mediterranean plants.
There is also a beautiful square of five wells with the Captain's Tower and the remains of Roman walls. A few meters away is the church of one of the four patron saints of Zadar, St. Sime, who keeps the golden chest with the completely preserved body of St. Simon.
Across from the church is the newly decorated Rector's Palace, which is extremely important for the culture of the city of Zadar because it has numerous halls and constant exhibitions of works of art by many famous artists.
We walk to the main town square, where there are many cafes and cafes, nearby is a large city market with a constant supply of fresh fruits and vegetables from our fertile Ravni kotari and fish markets that have a large offer of fresh fish.
There is the main city street Kalelarga which leads us to the ancient Roman forum, the church of St. Donat, the Cathedral of St. St. Anastasia and the Church of St. Marija, which preserves priceless treasures, an exhibition of the unique church sacral art Gold and Silver of the city of Zadar.
