Casa Va Mar smještena je u mirnom i zelenilom okruženom dijelu Maslenice, svega nekoliko minuta hoda od mora. Objekt se ističe modernom arhitekturom i elegantnom kombinacijom kamena i mediteranske fasade, stvarajući sklad s prirodnim okolišem. U prostranom dvorištu nalazi se privatno parkiralište. Svi apartmani nalaze se u novijoj zgradi i okrenuti su prema moru ili zelenilu, pružajući gostima mir, privatnost i udobnost tijekom boravka. Lokacija je savršena za one koji žele istražiti ljepote sjeverne Dalmacije, a pritom imati sigurno i udobno utočište za odmor.
