Welcome to our freshly renovated family house from 1928! The villa features: - fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, microvawe, fridge, induction...) - living area - 4 bedrooms with double beds (2 are ensuite) - 4 bathrooms - 1 toilet - WiFi in all areas, Sat TV - private pool (sunbeds, sunchairs, parasols) - outdoor gas grill - outdoor eating area - garage
For any questions, recommendations and problems I will be at disposal via WA, messenger or phone call.
Villa is located in quite area just a kilometer from the highway. There are families that live in the village so no loud parties are allowed. Nearest supermarket, post office, butcher, bakery, hair dresser are only 2 minutes drive from the house. There is an option for bread delivery in the morning by the local baker. Nearest restaurant is also 2 minutes drive from the house. Nearest beach is approx 10 minutes drive (Baška Voda) and we can give you tips for parking during the high season. Parking is easy and available on the location, in the garage or in front of the house. It is recommended to have a car while here since there is no public tranport available.
