Situated on the first floor of a residential building, the apartment comfortably accommodates two people, with the option to host two more in the living room, thanks to a sofa bed that opens into a 140cm x 190cm bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and all necessary utensils to prepare your meals with ease. The bathroom features all essential amenities, including a walk-in shower, washing machine, and hairdryer.
