Welcome to the cozy and modern 50 m² apartment, located in a quiet residential area near Veli Vrh, one of the scenic hills surrounding Rijeka. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the entire Kvarner Bay, including the islands Krk and Cres, as well as the Učka mountain. The apartment is spread over two levels and features an open-plan ground floor with a combined kitchen, dining and living area, along with a bathroom, while the upper level includes a comfortable bedroom with a roof window. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioning units, ensuring a comfortable stay even on the hottest summer days. There is also free Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment. A free private parking space is available directly in front of the house. City center is only 15 minutes away by car. The nearest beach is about 17 minutes' drive from the apartment. The surrounding area is quiet and ideal for nature lovers, with pleasant walking paths and beautiful viewpoints nearby.
