Guests have access to the entire house and property, including a 600m2 olive grove in the back with fig trees which you can pick. The villa features an infinity concrete and tiled swimming pool, with an area of 32m2, massage springs, build in stairs, an in-pool sitting bench and water heating. The edge of the pool is heightened for safety reasons so that there are no accidental walk-ins. This also keeps accidental spills and/or glass breaks on the terrace as well as dirt and leaves away from the water. The swimming pool is filtrated with the latest modern technology, using ion-ozone-UV systems and a constant overflow and water filtration. With this system, you can enjoy a clean, chlorine-free, soft-feeling pool without disinfection byproducts.

An authentic Dalmatian village where you can buy homemade vegetables and olive oil from local farmers. The sea is clear and clean because in the Pasman channel the currents change 6 times a day making it one of the cleanest swimming areas in the Adriatic sea. So grab your kayak which is included with the rental and start exploring. If you like to hike or bike, there are great trails to explore. The villa is located right on the Dobropoljana beach at the end of the village Dobropoljana on the Island of Pasman. The village is a typical Dalmatian place that offers an authentic experience. It is a safe, small, family spot where the air is filled with Mediterranean scents spread around by the light sea breeze. The village is connected with a beach walk and it takes about 5-10min by foot to reach the center where there is a local family-owned restaurant Zrinski, people from all over the island come and eat there because it is well known for its homemade cooking. In the center you will also find two beach bars with reasonable prices and two small shops with food and basic products - open everyday 7am-9pm. To get around the village you can go by foot, everything is close but if you want to explore the rest of the island a car is recommended. Zadar is close to the Island, in fact the majority of locals commute to Zadar everyday and go there for work. Zadar can be reached by highway or there is also airport Zemunik located 10 min from the Gazenica port (the most modern sea port in Croatia) where you take a ferry to the island. You don’t event have to get out of the car, you can purchase your ferry ticket online or via drive-through and straight on to the ferry. Biograd na moru is also close, a 15 minute ferry ride away where you can enjoy local cuisine, shops and Dalmatialand amusement park.
