The house is located on top of the Nerezisca, with a beautiful view on the west side of island Brac. If you are looking for a feeling of peace and escape from everyday life, this place is ideal for you. Located on top of Nerežišća which counts only 800 people on 70 square kilometers, this house provides you with peaceful refuge and a gorgeous view. This two-story house's spacious and modern interior will give you the luxury and intimacy you wish for. The house's capacity is satisfying for 10 people because it includes four bedrooms, two living rooms, three bathrooms, and two kitchens with a dining room. The thing that put us ahead of others is our amenities like a boat (included in the price of stay) on disposal for a daily boat trip with a skipper (skipper and fuel are additional costs), a pool with heated salt water, jacuzzi, open barbecue... enough to not even think about the beach and leaving this house. But if you still consider going sightseeing, Nerežišća is rich in antiques and beautiful nature. Beaches are 7 km away, which is close but still far enough to provide you peace. Near the beaches, there are a lot of a-la-carte restaurants that offer takeaways, stores, and coffee shops.

The place Nerežišća, which has a rich cultural history, is located on the island of Brač. There is a church of St. Peter dating from the 14th century and in the church a 16th century altar. The church is also known for a little bonsai pine tree grown from the roof, which is now around 100 years old. Nerežišća is also known for Duke of Brač who worked there. In the city is the church of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, and around it are many stone houses, which reflect the history of the place. Besides the stone houses, Nerežišća is characterized by narrow streets and squares. Residents are engaged in the stone industry, trade, fishing, agriculture, and the construction industry. The Patroness of Nerežišća is St. Margarita, who is celebrated on the 13th of July every year.
