The house "eco" has a cafe bar eco on the ground floor, it is open on all days and has 12 parking places in front of it. The parking often has free room, but there are no reservations. The eco Apartment is on the first floor with direct entry at the backside of the house. It is on a quiet dead end street accessible by car with additional 3 parking places.
We are Adriana and Slobodan Jakšić, daughter and father. The mother Ivana is in the background, but she is of great help in running the things.
About 50m up the street there is an everyday open private bakery with variety of products. Shops and small markets, pharmacy and petrol station are also uphill walk to the first traffic lights. Dental clinic is in the adjacent house.
This eastern part of Rijeka has ample choice of beaches within 15min walking distance, you just have to go towards the seafront. There is even a nice beach for the dogs in the vicinity. Short rides by car to the east and to the west offers even greater choice of beaches and holiday resorts.
