El Ático is bright and airy self contained double room, situated on the third (top) floor, with independent entrance and private bathroom. Room is located in the heart of old town of Rovinj, 50 meters from the sea, (5 minutes walk to Monte beach). The property benefits from spacious sleeping and living area, wood flooring throughout, double bed, TV, air conditioning, free WiFi, Nespresso machine, kettle and refrigerator.
El Ático is surrounded with all amenities, restaurants, coffee bars and shops, as well as all main transport connections ( busses, taxis, ferries).
