About the property: DELUXE Apartment •Exclusive Residence• is one of the best apartments in Zadar, luxury decorated, in fantastic location it's perfect for explorers of the Old Town's core or summer tourists who wants to have beach within walking distance. Inside apartment is well designed and decorated, guest have dishwasher, washer with dryer, kettle and coffee maker, HD flat screen 160cm Tv, fast speed Wifi internet, king size bed... Apartment is in NEW building in fantastic city position, close to beach, old city, and main bus station. Apartment guests have private free garage parking space in the building, they can also use outside building parking spaces that are free. The bed linen and towels are also provided by us. We use professional cleaning service so apartment is fully prepared and cleaned before guests arrival. Supermarket, caffe, pastry shop are in same building. No extra costs. We provided for our guests safety depozit box and king bed have premium sheets made of Sateen.
