Completely renovated two-bedroom apartments(60-66m2) for up to six people(4 adults maximum), located only 2 minutes walking distance from the closest beach and a nice 8-minute stroll by the sea to reach the center. These brand-new family apartments have two bedrooms(one with a king-size bed(180x200) and the other with two single beds(90x200)), a living room with a pull-out sofa(120x180) for two people to sleep on, a fully equipped kitchen(stove and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all other utensils), and two bathrooms with shower. Besides being decorated and equipped with style, the best feature of the apartments is the terrace with a relaxing lounge set where you can enjoy your time together with a drink or a nice meal in complete privacy. If you are arriving by car, there is a private shaded parking space right in front of the door of the apartment. We have a free charging outlet in the parking lot for those arriving by electric car. The rest of the equipment available for our guests is an Android TV, WiFi, an air conditioner, an iron(upon request), a travel crib(upon request) a hairdryer, towels, linen, and basic kitchen condiments. If you need to wash your clothes, there is a washing area outside the apartment that is free for our guests. When you book with us you get friendly and welcoming communication and a constant effort from our side to make sure you have a vacation you will never forget. For reservations longer than 10 days, we offer one free cleaning of the apartment during your stay. My wife and my mother Mare are making sure everything runs smoothly in the apartments, but all the communication before, during, and after is dealt with by Frane who is managing everything that has to do with our guest's arrival and any other extras. Our house is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only 2 minutes walking distance from lovely family beaches Martinica and Kotlina. The closest restaurant and the grocery store are 3 minutes away. The center of our beautiful small town is around 8 minutes walking distance from the house and on the way you can explore the old part of Bol or take a nice walk by the sea. Not far from the house, 1 minute away, you have a football and basketball field called ''Poljana'' where you can also spend time with your loved ones. If you are up for an adventure, just a few seconds above our house there is a walking and biking path. The views from there are just amazing. The famous Zlatni Rat beach is a bit outside of Bol and it takes 9 minutes by car to reach it. If you like to walk, it will take around 30 minutes. As our guests, you have a 20% discount for all the boat excursions with our boat.
