The nearby mountain, "Ucka," provides a gentle breeze for a pleasant refreshment on hot days. Pristine beaches, some of which are open to dogs, and the option to rent boats at the nearby harbor are only about 4 kilometers away. The city of Pula with its variety of shopping options and the airport are just a short 15-minute drive away. Our Villa Maestral stands on a 670 square meter property, equipped with a swimming pool, an impressive sun terrace, and a covered terrace with a barbecue area for enjoyable moments. Children and pets can roam freely in the garden, while a parking space is provided on the premises. The villa, a stone house built in 1850 and fully renovated, spread over two floors with 130 square meters of living space, accommodates up to 9 people. The premises include a separate kitchen with a dining room, a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two, plus two bedrooms with double beds and an additional sleeping area on the gallery. Only 200 meters away, you have the opportunity to explore the local cuisine of Istria in a restaurant. A pizzeria, a post office, and numerous leisure activities such as hiking, biking, and horseback riding in the area invite exploration. A riding school awaits visitors in the next village, while the local wines offer a tasteful discovery. The stone house itself is a testament to the craftsmanship of bygone eras, constructed from natural materials such as thick stones and wood from the surrounding area.
