The house is located in the heart of Istria near the small town of Pazin, which is known as the truffle town.

Our little house in Croatia came from a dream that we made come true. Of course there is still a lot to do - but it is already a small paradise on earth with several thousand square meters of land and several hectares of beautiful Croatian forests around it. By the way, the forests are perfect for looking for truffles. You are in one of the areas with a very high truffle population. We would also be happy to take you through these forests on a truffle hunt. The most beautiful Croatian old town, Rovinj, and therefore also the beach, can be reached in just 18 minutes, giving you the perfect balance of peace, city and bathing fun. The area around the property is also perfect for long hikes or mountain bike rides - while Rovinj has fabulous restaurants, lots of life and, above all, great beaches and bars. Our property is family-friendly and offers plenty of space for children to play and explore! Enjoy the peace and quiet that this secluded location has to offer. Of course, pets are also welcome and can let off steam on our huge property. There is also a heated outdoor Jacuzzi for 8 people. In addition, a solar hot water outdoor shower is already installed. On request and upon presentation of an appropriate driving license for driving watercraft, our 4.70 m long and 1.80 m wide trailerable and slipable motorboat can also be rented. The prerequisite for this is a vehicle with a trailer hitch and a trailer load of at least 500 kilos. The boat is equipped with GPS speedometer, water skis, fishing rod holder, swimming ladder, diving goggles and fins, USB interfaces, two batteries, a 50 HP outboard motor, as well as life jackets, anchors and ropes.

It's about an 18-minute drive to Rovinj by car. There are high-class restaurants in the hinterland within a radius of 3 km, which will be happy to serve you local delicacies during your visit. There is a large shopping center about 4 km away, which has just opened. Adventurous hiking trails with breathtaking views in the wild nature of Istria are right next to the house. The forest where truffles can already be found begins about 150 m away. The small village of Gajmovići, which essentially consists of three houses, seems very remote and quiet and hikers are only very rarely encountered. This guarantees absolute peace and relaxation.
