The holiday home in Srima promises a relaxing vacation close to the sea, for those guests who value the combination of comfort and proximity to nature. Although the sea is only 80 meters away as the crow flies, a small detour through a residential area means that the beach can be reached in about 1.8 kilometers, where a mix of sand and fine gravel allows for a special bathing comfort without the need for swimming shoes. Built in 2013, the holiday home is perfectly equipped for a stay of up to six people with two additional extra beds, spread over a living area of about 100 m². The interior of the house offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. Besides a spacious living area, the equipment includes WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning in both the living and sleeping areas, a washing machine, and an iron with ironing board. The house is designed to provide guests with a pleasant living atmosphere - thanks to a central air conditioning system that, when the doors to the sleeping areas are open, allows for an even cooling. In the outdoor area of the approximately 500 m² property, guests will find a 20 m² terrace with garden furniture, ideal for relaxed hours under the open sky. A barbecue is available for cozy dinners with family or friends. Private parking spaces at the house provide convenience. The surrounding area offers numerous cafés, restaurants, and snack bars along the beach, which is within easy walking distance. The nearby shopping facilities in Srima and the larger supermarkets in Vodice offer everything for daily needs as well as the opportunity to discover local specialties.
