Newly renovated, modern, cozy, and fully equipped studio apartments with underfloor and radiator heating, public parking available (13.30 euro per day or 23.90 euro per week), located in the heart of Zagreb near the Botanical Garden. The apartment is very well located within walking distance from all the sightseeing places and only a 5-minute walk to the main street (Ilica) and the main square (Ban Jelačić Square).
It is located in a beautiful quiet location, surrounded by greenery and a park.
