• Guests should report any problem they have with the apartment or if they are not completely satisfied
• In case the apartment is rented for more than 10 days, cleaning is required and is charged additionally every 7 days.
• All our apartments have Self Check-in.
• Our apartments have a camera above the apartment door. The camera records the entrance door of the apartment and the corridor of the apartment with the aim of determining the actual number of users of the accommodation unit.
• A security deposit is required before check-in
• The security deposit will be returned to the bank account after the conditions have been met;
