Studio apartment Freja is a newly renovated 2024 a that is equipped and decorated in a rustic style. We offer our guests a pleasant stay in our space in the heart of Zadar close to all the sights. The building is actually one unit in which we visually separated the sleeping area, but we remained connected to one space with a separate bathroom and which has a Walk-in shower. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary cosmetics. The kitchen offers an induction hob with 2 cookers for preparing food, a coffee machine and a Tea as well as all the necessary dishes. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed. The dimensions of such a bed are 160 x 200 . The building has the latest generation air conditioner with a Bio HEPA filtration system that removes particles up to PM 0.3 as well as other harmful substances in the air, ensuring fresh, clean and healthy air.

Ova četvrt je najpopularnija četvrt u gradu jer većina restorana,caffe barova i kulturnih i muzičkih događanja se nalazi upravo tu na svega 100-200 m pjšačke udaljenosti. Odavde je sve dostupno, poznata Zadrska riva je udaljkena samo 100 m, Morke orgulje i Pozdrav Suncu na 200 m, a najbliža plaža kolovare nalazi se na udaljenosti od 800 m. Naši gosti vole ovu lokaciju jer nakon što parkiraju svoje auto mogu mirno provesti odmor i obilaziti najpoznatije znamenitosti grada pješice i sve je u krugu 500m
