Samostojeći,zaseban objekat napravljen od drva.Mali,udoban apartman od 24 m2 sa terasom za dvije osobe.Parkirno mjesto ispred.Bez kontakta sa vlasnikom ili osobljem.Tamo se nalazi sigurnosna kutijica sa šifrom,nakon potvrđene rezervacije šifra se dostavlja elektroničkim putem.Slanje osobnih podataka (gosti) također se šalju putem elektroničke pošte radi upisivanja (prijave) u e visitor.
Svakako svima želim ugodan boravak u lijepoj,prekrasnoj prirodi na Plitvičkim jezerima i okolici gdje također mogu posjetiti Čorkovu uvalu (prašuma),izvor Crne i Bijele rijeke (Plitvički ljeskovac) koje se spajaju u jezera.
Naselje je veoma mirno i nema gužve niti buke.U okolici nalaze se Baraćeve špilje: šišmiši,špilja,park... (20km),također Slunjske rastoke:restorani,slapovi,rijeka Korana,stare mlinice...(30km) ,Stari Drežnik grad (15km) sve u smjeru Zagreba.Otočac je u drugom smjeru šezdesetak km od Plitvica gdje možete uživati na rijeci Gacka,priroda i kajak su poseban užitak,restoranu,starim mlinicama,raj za ribiče.
