The apartment consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, hallway, utility room, and two bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with all the most modern built-in appliances. The beds have mattresses with 7-zone pocket cores with two-layer anti-allergic and antibacterial covers that adapt to the shape of the body and protect the spine, and anatomical pillows also with antibacterial covers. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are many restaurants, coffee bars, shops, City Library, a pharmacy, and other necessary facilities. The main city promenade Korzo is 50m from the building.
