It is built in the traditional Istrian style and invites you to complete peace and relaxation. The ground floor of the villa consists of a cosy living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island where everyone can enjoy the charm of cooking, and a beautifully furnished bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs are the other 3 bedrooms, two of which have two single beds that can be joined together and one room with a double bed. All rooms have their own bathroom, Smart TV and air conditioning. The living room and bedrooms are decorated with abstract paintings by local artists. The house is stylishly designed in the Istrian spirit, made of natural materials, with many wooden parts such as a covered terrace where there is an outdoor dining area and a charcoal barbecue. In front of the villa is a 32m2 pool, which is an ideal place for refreshment during the hot summer days.
