Newly build apartment is located in family house, ground floor. It consists of 37 m2 space: living room (sea view), kitchen, bathroom (walk-in shower), bedroom (with sea view as well) and balcony with amazing sea view. Guests have unique opportunity to use maintained garden for yoga or just chill in lounge style with spectacular panorama to Old city of Dubrovnik over sea bay. Tommy supermarket is just 50 m, bus and boat shuttle stop 300 m. Nearest beach is 5 min walk away and its free entrance.
