    Brilliant location. Spacious, comfortable apartment with stunning views. The sunset was beautiful- we watched it from Mount Srd one day and from Lapad the following day. Lokrum Island is stunning and definitely worth a visit.

This exclusive high décor apartment located just above Old Town of Dubrovnik offers a stunning view of the entire eastern side of the city and the island of Lokrum. Set in the elite Ploče area, the property with three bedrooms and two balconies represents a truly special place to stay in. Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area. Our stylish three-bedroom apartment is just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. With two double bedrooms, a single bedroom with an additional pull-out sofa for 1, and 1.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to six guests. Enjoy sea views from two balconies with dining table, and make use of the full kitchen and dining room. Ideal for exploring the city's attractions, it offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay.

Neighbourhood information

Ploče is a calm neighborhood in the heart of Dubrovnik. The apartment can be approached from the upper road walking 106 steps down, or from the bottom road walking 50 steps up. Old Town is approximately 10 minutes walk down the hill, for return trip it is recommended taking a taxi from Pile or Ploče gate. Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.
