The house halves are separated from each other and accessible only from the outside. Everything is nicely and comfortably furnished. On the first floor, with separate entrances, are the living room and the extra bedroom with bathroom en suite. On the 1st floor you will find the remaining three bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen with dining room. In the garden there are facilities for volleyball, badminton, soccer and a children's playground. The surrounding countryside is green and hosts many konobas and vineyards, inviting you to take wonderful walks. Taste the Istrian cuisine, especially the delicious raw ham with cheese, olives or the traditional soup, which is a specialty in all of Istria. Visit the historical and romantic coastal towns, their sights and monuments, enjoy the rich nightlife and take advantage of the opportunities for various excursions. In the other half of the house lives the owner. Next to the house is a cafe.
