The 90 m2 Villa Irena offers accommodation to five persons in two spacious bedrooms, equipped with a double bed. In addition to the two bedrooms, one additional person can sleep on a single bed which can be found up on a gallery. The guests of Villa Irena also have a bathroom with shower on disposal. The charming kitchen is equipped with all appliances and utensils guests of Villa Irena might need for the preparation of delicious meals which can be enjoyed in the stunning dining area. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and smart TV for entertainment of the whole family. As per entertaining facilities, Villa Irena offers its guests Playstation 4, darts and two bicycles for exploring the nearby area. The guests of Villa Irena will have a lovely 30m2 terrace on disposal. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue and a dining table, and creates a perfect atmosphere overlooking the sea with no neighbours in close vicinity. Villa Irena also has three secured parking spaces for those arriving by car.
The small village of Žman on Dugi Otok will charm you at first sight. From Villa Irena you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sea view. Local amenities, shop, bars and restaurants are located 500 m away from the villa, while the nearest sandy beach is only 100 m away from the property. The coast of Dugi Otok is well known for its extreme contrasts: the southern part is a nature park called Telašćica, known for its very steep, but extremely beautiful cliffs, while the north-west part of the island is characterized by quiet coves and sandy beaches like Sakarun, the most famous sandy beach in Croatia. Sakarun is only a 30-minute ride from the property and will win you over with its white sand and Caribbean-esque sea.
