It is ideal to relax in the green surroundings. From the terrace on the 1st floor you can see the sea and the Kvarner Bay. The garden is dominated by a beautiful pool, where you can relax in an intimate atmosphere. On the terrace, a barbecue and the pool table bring variety. Apart from the beautiful living area with fireplace, on the first floor there are two bedrooms with bathrooms and an additional toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms with bathrooms and terrace. The house is air-conditioned, equipped with floor heating and each bedroom has its own TV. In about 20 minutes you can walk to Labin, where there are many cultural events in the summer.
