This beautiful property is a detached house newly built in a rustic style. It is located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside and is ideal for all those looking for some peace and quiet.
The Holiday Home Pahari can accommodate up to 6 persons and is spread over the ground and first floor.
On the ground floor you will find a cosy living room with SAT TV, fully equipped kitchen with dining room and an toilet. There is also a dining table on the terrace and barbecue facilities are available to guests
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
The shared bathroom is also located on the first floor and is equipped with a shower. Guests also have at their disposal a washing machine located in the additional room.
The pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasol and outdoor shower.
Dogs are allowed, for the 1st dog there is no fee, for the 2nd dog the fee is Euro 10 per day.

Holiday Home Pahari is located in the small town of Pahari, 1 km from Ročko Polje and 12 km from the town of Buzet.
Ročko Polje is a small village situated 12 km away from the city of Buzet.
Buzet is situated in the very north of Istria near the border with Slovenia. Its historic core, dating from the Middle Ages lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river – the Mirna. Today, Buzet is widely known as the 'City of Truffles' since the forests along the Mirna River are especially rich in this divine tuber.
This part of Istria is well known for climbing in "Buzetski kanjon" and for the numerous hiking trails, one of the most famous ones is the trail of 7 waterfalls that sets of nearby.
The smallest town in the world, Hum, is situated only 5 km from the property. Apart from being famous as the smallest town in the world, it has also been recently promoted as the Town of biska. Biska is mistletoe brandy whose original recipe comes from Hum. Every year at the end of October Hum is the host of a Brandy exhibit where a competition for the best brandy in Istria is organized. Today Hum has about 20 inhabitants.
