Property information

This holiday home is located in Perna, only ca. 200 m away from the sea and a pebble beach. The house stretches over three floors connected by external stairs. You will have fully discretion. The house offers pleasant accommodation for a larger family or a group of friends. During the stay, guests can enjoy the spacious sunny terrace with a swimming pool, from which there is a magnificent view on the sea and neighboring islands, including the town of Korčula, which is directly on the other side of the Pelješac channel. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, which provides partial shade. In direct proximity there are some good restaurants offering specialties of Dalmatian cuisine and quality wines from the Pelješac area such as Dingač and Postup.

Neighbourhood information

Perna and the neighboring Viganj are famous windsurfing destinations due to favorable winds ensuring fantastic conditions for this sport. If you are new to this sport, you can take lessons in one of the windsurfing schools. Make sure to visit the town of Korčula – a jewel of the Mediterranean architecture and the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Korčula is only ca. 10 minutes of ferry ride away. In direct proximity there are some good restaurants offering specialties of Dalmatian cuisine and quality wines from the Pelješac area such as Dingač and Postup.
