Villa La Pieda can be found in the small village of Ražanac, 19 km from Zadar. It is one nicely equipped house for a vacation at sea, 600 m from the beach. The 816 m2 fenced property offers a private pool, a hot tub, a covered backyard terrace with a fireplace. Villa La Pieda can be perfect for 2 persons, or even for 3 families that can enjoy a high level of privacy and peace. 180 m2 house is rented as 1 unit for the private use of only one group of guests. The accommodation is divided into 3 stylish apartments. There are 2 apartments on the ground floor, with 1 bedroom each. The 1st-floor apartment has 2 bedrooms. Each flat has its bathroom, kitchen, living room, and terrace. There are a total of 4 bedrooms with double beds + extendable sleeping sofa, for a maximum capacity of 10 guests. Kids can enjoy the children's playground with a slide, swings, and table tennis. Parking for 4 cars and a small boat is provided. The pet fee, 15 EUR per night per dog, will be charged at check-in, max 2 dogs.
