This completely private holiday home in a family destination offers 60 m2 of living space for your family, group, or friends. You can enjoy in the comfort of 2 bedrooms with double or single beds, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room, a bathroom, a terrace, a backyard with a jacuzzi, a barbecue area, and more. Close to the beach (10-15 minute ride), this villa should be your top choice when visiting Zadar county, a top family destination for many guests.
Hosts are not present at the house during the stay of our guests but are available over the phone, text, or e-mail at any time of the day. The villa is completely private and only used by guests who are staying on the property. There will always be someone to welcome guests on their arrival and to escort them on their last day.
Once you check-in you'll be able to enjoy the property and all rooms available on the ground floor. This beautiful small family villa consists of a kitchen with all the amenities that you need for cooking and dining, a living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV, two bedrooms with comfortable double or single beds, a bathroom equipped with basic toiletries, and a large terrace on the ground floor with a colorful garden with flowers and fruit. The highlight of the property is a private outdoor jacuzzi area for a fun afternoon with your loved ones. Paklenica is located 20 minutes from Jovići which is a popular hiking destination located in Croatia's Velebit Mountain Range, within the Paklenica National Park. The park is known for its stunning karst landscapes, deep canyons, and diverse flora and fauna, making it a fantastic place for hiking and outdoor activities. Parking space is provided just next to the villa as a part of the property
