Situated on Neretva river mouth, close to a small place called Komin in the Dubrovnik-Neretva county region, Villa Usce is one of a kind in the area featuring a terrace. Villa Usce has a patio with dining table, countertop and a barbecue along with a well-equipped designer kitchen. Living room features an indoors dining area, flat-screen tv and a glass wall providing a view at the front yard with a 50 m2 of swimming pool. There are three bedrooms, two double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a master bedroom with private bathroom at the upper floor. The living room corner set may be used as an extra sleeping capacity. Guests can relax on the deck chairs along side the swimming pool. Private parking with a parking garage is also provided. High hedge guarantees privacy at all times to the Villa occupants. The back yard features a 4000 m2 tangerine field. The owner lives separate from the Villa. Villa Usce offers a unique experience of Photo safari tour in historic Neretva vessels to historic ruins of ancient roman city Narona as well as a boat ride from Neretva river mouth to the sea (extra charges apply). We make a fish dinner for our guests one day of their choosing.
