It is located in a beautiful location and offers its guests a lot of privacy. In the basement there is a very comfortable, practical and spacious kitchen, which is connected with a loggia with glass wall and the dining room. On the upper floor there are bedrooms, which are equipped with practical furniture. The floors are connected by an interior wooden staircase. From the large terrace you can enjoy the view of the swimming pool and the enchanting landscape. A large, partially fenced, garden surrounds the house. It is located at the very back of the street, so children can play and romp here without any worries. Enjoy the view of the old town of Labin on the hill, which you can reach on foot in just half an hour. The beautiful pebble beaches of Rabac can be reached in a few minutes by car. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
